Story
Sylvanus brought them out of the Frozen North. Their order, the Hands of Elyndra, learned to channel healing magic through the crystal there. Around year 500 Elyndra readied them as a defensive army of ramparts and self-defence. Around year 600 she founded the Purifiers of Evil among them for a counter-offensive.
Around year 610 they laid siege to orc-held Glaive Port. Over six or seven years they froze the lake. Then they were decisively defeated (Elyndra’s Defeat), and the battlefield became their Corpse Field. What remained withdrew to Coldspire, with few healers left.
Now
They are rare, withdrawn to Coldspire. Their crystal in the north is cracked.
