The Elf Outpost, founded by Sylvariel on the coast between the jungle’s edge and the mountains late in Age II (c. year 500), founded an order of marines — fighters for water combat.

The Outpost is known for its marines. The water elves as a whole have been corrupted into decadence, and they hold one Underdark mouth on Jungle Island.
